Methi Paak/laadu - Gluten Free. Fenugreek Laddu

Updated: Apr 3, 2021

Need:

Ghee - 1 cup

Milk - 1 cup

Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup

Chickpea flour - Chanaa no lot - 1 cup

Almonds - 1/2 cup

Pistachios - 1/2 cup

Chaaroli - 2 tbsp

Cardamom - 2 tbsp

Fenugreek flour - 1/2 cup

Gundar - Baavad no - 1/2 cup

Method:

Mix milk, ghee and chana no lot. Mix it well and set it aside to make it coarse and a little crunchy

Then use a sieve and strain this flour

On low heat roast this mixture.

Once it starts browning turn off the heat and add the roasted gundar

Add the remaining ingredients and add sugar if you like or use sugar on the side to make the small balls of this mixture.

Sieves are good for soooo many things in the kitchen! I recommend this stainless steel set.

That's all folks! you can store them in the fridge for a long time.
