This is the beauty of our culture, whenever there is a wedding or a funeral we go out of our way to attend the function.
We support and join in our friends and family as they celebrate a gain or a loss. Weddings lately have become all about the glitz and glamour, however behind it all our intention to spend quality time with family does not change.
Also during December the weather in India is compatible for all of us “foreigners”. Family is the basis of most of our lives.
OUR ROOTS are our brothers, sisters, parents, masa, masi, dada, dadi, kaka, kaki, foi, mama…you know the list goes on.
If finances permit take the time out to spend time with your family, they love you unconditionally. They may not show it now but if you fall they will be the first to catch you!
