Enrollment Forms for Each Class Time
We're excited to get to know you or your kids through this form!
Please fill out the enrollment form that corresponds to the language class, time, and teacher you signed up for.
This is a MANDATORY form.
In order to receive updates and all information regarding your classes, this form has to be filled out.
You will receive an email with the Zoom meeting code for your class and access to your Curriculum Folder a few days before class begins.
