Chaa Recipe:

For 4 People

For 2 cups of Chaa

1 cup water
1 cup milk
11/2 tsp tea leaves
2 tsp cane sugar
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric (optinal)
1 tsp tea masala ( find them on amazon or Indian stores)
Small pot

Boil the water for 1 min. on medium heat
Add the tea leaves, sugar, masala, ginger.
Boil for another min.
Add the milk and boil until it boils up..
Add the turmeric stirr
Strain it out in a cup.
Enjoy your Chaa…
